  • Avoid foods and smell that triggers your nausea.
  • Ginger is effective in morning sickness.
  •  Sipping Iced water could offer relief from nausea.
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • Do not worry about eating balanced diet.
  • Take smaller meals in a day.
